Returns & Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any exchange.

If you received any item not in its original condition, is damaged, opened or missing parts for any reasons please contact us immediately.

We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Gift cards and used Item are not returnable or exchange items. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing product
If you haven’t received your parcel after 4days, first contact our courier company and provide them your tracking number. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your parcel yet, please contact us at or call us: 604 656 6220.
Shipping cost
If your total order is more than RM50, we will deliver for free within MALAYSIA. For orders below RM50.00 within MALAYSIA, you will be charged a flat rate of RM6.00 in West Malaysia & RM9.00 in East Malaysia.

For overseas / international orders, all costs are quoted based on the package size. Should your order consists of bulky items, the cost of shipping may different and we will inform you accordingly.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is 2 - 5 working days within MALAYSIA and 10-14 working days internationally once the order is confirmed, paid and processed.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, promotion, campaign and other updates. Of course, you may unsubscribe anytime.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
